Construction and Materials
Built with high-quality fibreglass channels and structural-grade aluminium steps, the ladder delivers a strong yet lightweight design. The fibreglass side rails are non-conductive and boast high UV resistance, making them suitable for electrically hazardous environments while ensuring extended lifespan. Anodised aluminium components significantly improve corrosion resistance and minimise dirt transfer onto finished surfaces, maintaining a clean work area.
The front section features reinforced solid aluminium rivets that resist loosening over time, while the rear section incorporates three-piece rung joints to enhance anti-twist performance. High tensile aluminium components employ superior joining techniques throughout, delivering the best strength-to-weight ratio in its category without compromising on strength or ease of manoeuvrability.
Platform and Stability
A large self-deploying and locking platform measuring 66 cm in length and 40 cm in width provides a comfortable standing area for extended use. The platform is supported by the robust Indalex ALGA system spreader bar, which features an internal heavy-duty locking mechanism that minimises ladder movement while remaining unobtrusive during transport or storage. The ALGA (Auto Locking Guided Action) system facilitates quicker and easier setup whilst enhancing torsional rigidity for a stable base.
Synthetic rubber feet are angled to provide flat support and secured with a capture bracket for added stability. Flat feet distribute the load evenly and ensure adequate grip between the ladder and the ground.
Safety and Visibility
A prominent 90 cm high yellow powder-coated top rail enhances visibility in work environments. Optional accessories including Safety Gates, Handrails, and Wheels are available to further customise the ladder for your specific application.
