The Indalex PRODPF7 Dual Purpose heavy-duty fibreglass Industrial ladder, commonly referred to as an 'Up & Up', offers versatility as it functions both as a step ladder at 2.1M and can be converted into a straight ladder at 3.8M. As part of the Pro Series range, this sturdy ladder is engineered with superior joining techniques, ensuring durability and strength. It comes with a 5 Year Warranty.
The front section features solid aluminium rivets that maintain their tightness over time, while the rear boasts three-piece rung joints that enhance anti-twist performance. Anodised aluminium components improve corrosion resistance, contributing to long-lasting durability and preventing dirt transfer onto finished surfaces, which helps maintain a clean and professional workspace.
The ladder is constructed from high-quality fibreglass channels and structural-grade aluminium steps and components, resulting in a strong yet lightweight product. It strikes a perfect balance between being lightweight and maintaining structural integrity, providing a strong ladder that is easy to manoeuvre, boasting the best strength-to-weight ratio in its class.
With high UV resistance, Indalex Fibreglass is designed to endure over time and remains non-conductive, making it suitable for environments where electrical hazards may be present.
Synthetic rubber feet are angled for stability, featuring a capture bracket on the front section, while the rear feet are rounded for versatility across various ground conditions. The front foot is designed to ensure a flat surface contact with the ground, whereas the rear curved foot adapts to different surfaces. All feet are easily replaceable.
A convenient top made of blue copolymer includes a hook for holding a paint can, allowing easy access to your paint while working, significantly enhancing efficiency during painting tasks.
In A-frame mode, the ladder includes a diagonally braced spreader bar and robust press-in clips. When converted to straight ladder mode, a swinging arm catch fits securely into a specially moulded gap at the top of the ladder. The spreader bar in A-frame mode minimises ladder walking, and the design facilitates quick transitions between A-frame and straight configurations. The ladder also features a full-width rear section that tapers for increased stability.
